Really quickly, what do you mean about milky? I have not flagged anyone’s posted related to this topic except gigan’s post that started it. Matter of fact, I do not even recall seeing her name popup. Unless you’re talking about another situation, but rest assured that I have never flagged Milky! (unless i’m mistaken of course, but it’s definitely not these days).

Look, what I don’t fully understand here, is that i’m not the one creating the rules.

This rule has been breached, whether I agree with the rule is unfortunately not relevant. It’s my job to just do whatever is asked of me to do.
The whole discussion should be where mods should draw the line. Basically interpretation of the given rules. This was all we’ve been trying to discuss (or atleast so i thought)
Now that I see there’s a public outrage just because one post got flagged, like millions of others, is quite an odd concept.

everyone can be upset for their post being flagged and they can happily ask why. I have the moral to try to explain and perhaps find a reason why the post shouldn’t be flagged.

I don’t often give my opinions, but I do not like robert’s behaviour, so at the end everyone here had the same opinion on the matter regarding the original problem. (except for a few difference in severity etc, but not really different. Him specifically attacking users is not good, but in my opinion, one guy is not that big of a threat once we hit him with a good ban hammer)

I do not see why, just because we can differ on opinions on certain topics, would suddenly have to turn into a rebellion..

I would also like to note that Gigan’s replacing post was not totally what I was asking for, but i’ve tolerated it as it was an attempt at addressing the original problem. An attempt at diffision.

I would like to address that I was trying to find a middle ground with the community aboutone post being flagged. However when trying to argument, i’ve been repeatedly called names (often deleted afterwards) for no real reason.

I’ve flagged tons of posts already that have helped the community. How does one posts (regardless of the content; since it is through grammatical interpretation of the site guidelines, a clear breach of the rules). “In the righteouness”, that’s what y’all were doing, but please. Just because I actually enforce the given rules on the site, does not require this much controversy.

At the end of the day; lets say that flagging the post was a mistake. Then why this much chaos?
I was trying to explain Gigan why his post got flagged, he gave his opinion and then suddenly everyone came.
A flagged post that has eventually been given the green light should have been the end.

At the end of the day, I know that you (cuss) and others such as gigan and mellow have different thought processes, but come on. We’ve all known each other for some time, we’ve never really had actually issues besides on our opinions how certain things should dealt with. Despite the flagging, the user chose to repost the content, once again breaching the rules. Enforcing these rules is part of my duty. I allowed criticisms to surface because I prefer not to stifle discussion with a simple flag. What I do is based on the information of the site.

This situation is deeply flawed. None of my points were accurately considered or addressed. It is also important to note that no one actually decided to message me on discord but instead repeatedly make public posts and argue through quantity rather than quality.
