On a real note, that’s how it should be done. Nobody gonna complain about that.

It might just be me. But i see that the stickfigure submissions come in a cheeky order.
The quality figures are always on top of the page when uploaded.Cheeky cheeky, but honestly fair

Would be cool to have a feature where we could animate that default figure on our screen. Quite boring just staring at it.

You know that you can right? Says it right in the app itself.
You can import sounds to the app. [There is a file size limit]I really dont know if this is satire

If your movieclip is animated (has multiple frames), the thumbnail needs to be also animated. So a gif.
Having an PNG that shows all the frames individually is fine too.You MUST add a thumbnail.
This is done by attaching the PNG/GIF to your mail when submitting it. https://sticknodes.com/submit-thumbnail/Also, if it’s a singular figure, don’t upload it as a movieclip. Same goes for easily joinable stickfigures.
These are all the rules that popup. Now oblige 🔫
Conclusion:
-Proper thumbnail
-No unnecessary use of movieclips. -

real talk though i -think- i’ve mentioned this off hand once or twice in the years
but generally after i randomly choose the 15-20 uploads for the day, i quickly glance through them and separate out the “top 50%” (I SOMETIMES MISS SOME SO PLEASE CHILL OUT)
these top 50% get uploaded more near the top of the page for the day
and of those, i choose 3 to be the top-most row specifically since those are “above the fold” and get the most views
i shouldn’t say this because now everyone is gonna every day critique the top 3 vs the rest and “ralf y didnt my skibibibi get to the top” etc gonna flood my mentions
sometimes things are more clearly “better” or “worse”-looking when you glance at them on a page vs scrolling throw all the images, so truthfully sometimes i miss
other times, sometimes the thumbnail i feel to be deceiving, or the figure overdone to hell already, or any other number of factors
Ralf y didnt my skibibi get to the top???????????????

On a real note, that’s how it should be done. Nobody gonna complain about that.
