I fixed the mask and gave him a haircut.
I added things to the right arm. He had broke his left which made that arm weak. His right arm will do the job.
Also on the mask, I added a glare effect.

The mask looks like it doesn’t fit with the art style of PL. But the overall design is ok. The coat and mask could use some of those nice details.

Right arm looks fine. He mask just looks bland and the visor of it looks pretty odd with the glare. It’s basically along the lines of adding effects to a figure when the figure could go without them and the animator could add them to fit the surrounding enviroment.
