William did not have any issues as a child (1-12). He studied and learned about the events that took place at the planets. At the perfect age, William heard of Project Landfall. Signing papers to enter the NBC, training to be a decent man for the job, he paused his schedule due to family issues. (29). He started to help out and he was accepted for weeks to come. His story begins either Ep. 2 or 3.
