Stressful things passing in life I suppose , won’t ask what they may be but it seems life piled on you mentally . You need some rest , not just here but try thinking things slowly
If you feel like you’re forgetting shit , write it down , notes app , paper journal , etc
With the symptoms you’re telling me it just seems like a chaotic amount of anxiety is clouding you currently , as I said , just mellow out as much as possible and write things down , don’t even pay attention to what you write if you don’t have too , the more you feel better , the better you’ll be able to review those things
