I’d add a zombie on the inside that can see you through a peephole so it’d try and follow you.
Under the zombie is 3 pressure plates.
When it attempts to follow it can only step on those plates.
Left plate will use pistons to push the eye to the left.
Right plate will pupsh the eye to the right.
And middle keeps it in the middle.
So the eyes will be literally following you, looking at you
