Next redo your RHG from scratch as he is, quite bluntly, f**king boring.
Draw down a design and take inspiration from character designs from things you like. Try to avoid blank areas or anything that looks even remotely basic and bland. Make sure he’s detailed from head to toe. Don’t worry about struggling to animate, you’ll get used to it and you’ll find little animation methods to overcome it.
