2021-06-19 22:35:03 UTC @kingstarglk just wanted to make a personal post right to you. I won’t go the…Gigan route. But you need to know some things. Firstly, you have stolen on 2 occasions with another video not crediting the creator of an OC. I’ll go in order.
1. You used the OC of @esquecido which was an edit of the @nicky1612 style figure. While Esquecido did edit the figure, he knows Nicky and credited him, which is what the community expects you to do. However you edited his figure and never credited him. If you forgot no big deal, you could of just told Ralph by @ing him. However you chose not to and kept claiming you made it all on your own. After talking to you about the situation and lots of back and forth, you finally said that you used a few parts. Still a lie since all the proportions are the same and sculpts in the head are the exact same. So please just say you stole it, we all know you did.
2. It was recently said by @giganshowaera you stole TY’s figure (sorry I can’t find his @) and didn’t credit him in the comments or description. Gigan had to go out of his way to find the information you decided to not show. And once he did @ you, you then “credited” TY in the comments. However you never linked to the pack, his account or seemingly got his permission (the permission part I could be wrong but I doubt you did get it). Then you claimed you did credit him, however that never would of happened unless Gigan said so.
3. This isn’t that bad, but it’s something I feel should be pointed out. https://youtu.be/-NMVcGZHQfI In this video, you used a @k-zilla figure. However again, you never said he made it or link to the figure. Now, most figures in videos you are not expected to credit a figure. Normally the users uses too many and it’s not practical. It’s only something some do if they only use a few figures and don’t forget to do so. However when using an OC. Most people at least say the OC maker. It’s just a common thing. Or at least link to the figure.
Now, for what you need to take away from this. I do get that you are a young user. It can be seen on your channel. But after telling you multiple times from multiple different users that what your doing is wrong, and that stealing is not ok, you kept doing so. If it was a one time thing/ mistake, whatever it happens. However you keep doing it. Now because of this, Ralph can ban you for this activity. So please think before you post/submit anything next time or else temp to lifetime ban from Ralph is possible.

ok listen im sorry i forgot to credit the person but i did it after what gigan said to avoid any more problems. and i couldnt find the explosion to link it. and for my oc, i forgot who i edited from but it wasnt esquecido or nicky. i know that the edit was terrible so i asked ralph to take it down. and i never knew i needed to credit the figs i use in my videos. i have never seen someone do that. but i dont watch other stick noders on yt a lot so idk. im very sorry for everything i did i just dont like people bringing this stuff up because it stresses me out. so thats why im leaving the site for a while to avoid stress. and i think everyone on this site has something to say to me about this stuff so im gonna be honest. im scared. when i saw gigan told ralph: ” expose him. leak his ip adress. kill him.” i was scared that that would actually happen. i dont want to do that to my family because were already dealing with very hard stuff. im sorry for everything i did and im leaving the site so i cant bother anymore users and ruin their life.
also i dont want to add the link to the explosion because i dont want my viewers, which is mostly very little kids, to see all the toxicity and swearing this site has.

Credit is credit dude. Like if a voice actor I had was only on Twitter, and they requested a link to their social, no matter how toxic that place is, I would still do it. Plus that’s just how the internet is dude, and a link just goes to the figure, not activity, so it’s just more excuses to not put the work in and being lazy

To prove you’re sorry, I would recommend fully admitting to stealing the figure, and not crediting these people, and add the credit on the video with links

To add to what you said. Besides what you have done, you seem to just give up on these things. And when you do admit to it, you do it half-heartily. Again like the figure edit. You can’t just forget the entire thing is an edit. Plus, like I said before, it took you forever to even say a few things were edits. The problem is you dot fully admit to things and just use the excuse like “I’m quitting because of you guys” or “that’s stressing me out” once you admit to it, there’s no problems and there would be no more issues from us. But you keep doing it.

The main reason for this is, Gigan cares about this site dude, and when he sees people stealing stuff or being toxic, he takes care of it. I may not agree with his method, but nontheless he does what most of us won’t or can’t be as effective with. And sure, you can say some of what he said wasn’t nice or in the right light, but he is still right in the end. You can’t keep hiding behind these excuses for bad behavior. And like I keep saying, once you stop stealing no one will care about what you are doing and there won’t be any more drama.
