His arms appear to be different lengths, are they the same segment length? Perhaps try fixing that if they are as it looks sort of wonky
Also maybe the shoulder segment should go behind his torso

Yes they are, it’s probably an effect of the shoulders.

yes they do look slightly like cum stains. Probably because i only used ellipses.
