Copying from a film or movie is going to be a challenge unless you have effective key frames from the talking and have a means to easily recreate the poses and still make it look good.

I don’t think there is an easy way to properly animate a mouth, you have like three options.
1. Literally just make two mouth sprites, open and close, when talking, the mouth opens.
2. Make a functional mouth that moves in different ways allowing for moving mouth when talking ( this is the hard way )
3. Make iterations of different mouth movements, syllables etc ( equally pretty hard )

yeah that’s a good point, maybe there are templates online, that could work too (maybe better)
