‘Web Traffic’ refers to the frequenting users of the website, with ‘web’ simply meaning website or webpage, and ‘traffic’ being a metaphor / term for the coming and going people of the website.

‘Low-Conflict’ in relation to ‘web-traffic’ means that there isn’t really any issues or dramas amongst the people- amongst the ‘traffic’

It’s a mix of terminologies I think are used, as well as metaphors.
