Presenting my 2 main hero’s
Ramoxfire: Ramoxfire was his birth name derived from an old war hero. He was allways interested in unity and utopian society. He joined a mercenary group that also functioned as a rebel base for all rebellion soldiers from every faction that wanted to unite under 1 flag. After rapidly rising through the ranks he got to wear the destroyer suit. A suit with everything built in it. Small healing field that makes cells regenerate faster and pushes bullets out of the body. Energy shield that fires plasma energy out to deflect or seriously slow down bullets. A blaster on the arm to stun. Blades. Flight capability. Super strength and speed. Reinforced Tritainum (titanium+3). Vortex shield . Quantum storage (makes the molecules more condensed to store things like ammo but has its limits). Nanites to repair suit. Visor cleaner fluid and whipers. And energy based fuel witch regenerates itself by absorbing kinetic energy from anywhere nearby or uses the shield or vortex shield to absorb energy. This suit despite its powers has 2 MASSIVE weakness. 1 weight this thing weighs 2 tons. Stealth is out of the question
2 strain the way the suit is built is that it causes MASSIVE strain to the user and can permanently damage them but it maximizes potential. Ramox is trained to minnimalze this strain but he can’t use it for more than half power for 3 hours or the strain can knock him out cold.
He had a simple childhood nothing really special but was an all honors student.
Jax grew up snime backstory. Parents dead by assassin. 95% of relatives dead by mine shaft accidents. Most his friends dead by age 15 by war torn area. But he laughs it off saying this world is called project landfall and insists its early access. He feels no pain and is a demolition man. He wields a shotgun pump action and a sniper rifle. The gas mask is to help him in a lot of toxic bomb situations. He also is a master with anything explosive or fire and loves flame throwers. He has this thing called danger sense witch tells him if he is in imeadiate danger from somthing else. He takes NOTHING seriously and laughs most things off. He chats while enemies are firing at him. Cracks jokes while people are hunting him and has a good time with everything.
His eye sight is 1/1 so good it was thought impossible. The issue is is that his eyes hurt after awhile without sunglasses.

But about the backstory and lore, Thaltop is the only nation with a big rebellion. Any other rebelions are so miniscule that nobody even worries about them. And any mercenaries that agree with the idea of unity of all nations go to the NLCO. The regeneration field thing isn’t scientifically imaginable because cells don’t heal if they are destroyed. When they die, they don’t come back. Energy shield is an existing thing, but out of the hands of any small merc groups. Super strength and and speed isn’t possible with heavy duty suits like that as the actuators already have to carry the armor overlapping them. Speed is also more of a thing enhanced by endurance of the user. Not the suit. Tritanium does not exist because no more elements on the periodic table have been discovered. Accept for a few and anything stonger than titanium does not exist.
Vortex shield are also not existant in PL. Quantum storage technology doesn’t exist, nor is scientifically possible from what I know. Nanites also dont exist in PL because you can’t repair a suit with micro sized machines. It’s both next to impossible to make and you can’t just create elements to repair the suit. Using kinetic energy from surroundings is also nowhere near enough to run a suit like that for a single second, absorbing of energy is also impossible. 2 tons for something like that also seems too little based on the amount of metal stacked onto it. Theres no way to maximize potential while hurting the user at the same time. For Jax, his great eye sight is not possible as a natural human being. The only possible way that could happen is if he was genetically modified through the enhanced humanity project. Overall. Jax is pretty decent.
Allright look I small access could exist if enough groups got together from other nations. I don’t know enough about the Nlco to make Ramoxfire a part of them. And energy absorption is possible they have it today on certain sidewalks and they have some in the floors of schools that are used to power them. And if I made the suit as like an exo suit and power armor the strength and speed could be achieved. And the maximize hurt user relationship could work if they have to bear burden of some weight to make sure machine can use all that equipment. Also I did say only one was built. Next quantum storage is possible but we haven’t quite gotten there yet. And if you have robot soldiers and space travel quantum storage is possible. The weird is explained by armor plating of several layers of titanium and the equipment in the suit. The nano machines can weld the suit together “reparing” it until after mission. As for Jax humans evolve and the vast fighter pilot people have 12/20 vision so in this future is see no reason a genetic mutation could give Jax inhumane eyesight
And the regeneration field could work if they reppared damaged cells and help boost cell production and could make brain and heart cells
The fact still stands that no PM could get hands on technology that not even big, rich nations could get. I’ve also never heard of energy absorption, but I have heard of energy conversion. Which has been used in sidewalks. In floors of schools sounds unrealistic as schools don’t have money to invest in that technology. The NLCO is a nation that believes in world unity, based off of the United Powers. Exosuits are basically what power armor in PL is, but with many more additions like motion assist with heavy objects. Speed can only be achieved to the point of the actuators in the power armor making the suit weightless to the user which is already achieved by even older models of power armor. If the suit forces faster and longer strides, the users bones would pretty much be broken and the user would be killed. Carrying some of the weight would make the suit considered ineffective and the model basically would be scrapped as 300/2000 pounds is a massive amount of weight to carry off of the suit. Even only one being built, the costs would still be in the billions for research, development and more. In todays development of combat focused robots, we have nothing on quantum storage. Molecules don’t break down any further than atoms. If they do, the break down into electrons, basically destroying an element which cannot be done. If the molecules were to be compressed closer to each other, it would be through head and preventing any energy from getting to the object which is scientifically impossible. The numerous layers of titanium would make no difference. The thickness and build of the plates is what matters. And nano machines aren’t able to do that stuff in PL. Nanomachines are ridiculously expensive as well along with how they are so small and able to produce enough thermal energy to melt metal. And even if they are able to without destroying each other somehow, the process would be extremely long (like weeks) and those machines would do nothing if they are constantly being knocked off from gunfire and movement. As for Jax, human evolution takes thousands to millions of years to take place. On the whole regeneration field thing, cells are created through a process called mitosis. This process takes up to 2 hours. So even having this happening to all cells in the body at once would mean nothing in the middle of battle. Cells also require physical materials, not waves to repair or undergo mitosis.

You have made it clear that I would and could only build him as an average super soldier instead of a character with an intarakit suit and suit based abilities so no I’m not going to reduce him to that and for my final point private military organizations often do have high end military technology. Just not the man power

I’m not seeing anything on energy absorption there in that link. Economically thinking, private militaries do not have government funding, large amount of people to work to get the money and so on. This is why no terrorist groups have the stuff that big countries have. Private militaries do not often have the money to make high end equipment because they do not have the manpower of a country to make enough money for that stuff. To make something that is 1000 years away from simply being made and put on a blueprint is crazy, it doesn’t fit whatsoever in PL either. Suits do not enhance abilities either. The only possible way is to support movement. The users natural movement is the limit. I simply can’t have some unrealistic technology and a ridiculously overpoweredcharacter that could easily beat the most skilled fighters in PL in the sheer firepower he has.

No. When you can hardly kill the person inside a single suit made by a private military out of nowhere and it has 1000 things on everything else that exists in PL, it’s clearly overpowered. Even nerfing it to something realistic, it is still basically unstoppable. That thing could take on a tank when no power armor in PL could. It could take several shots from a .50 BMG round and just regenerate from it. Not even an anti tank shell could stop that. It’s undeniably overpowered. I get your stuff be OP outside of PL, but inside PL is not happening.

how would he even get his slowly self welding shield generation. And other equipment inside an exo suit With titanium plating? Exo equipment to lift and hold things can only handle so much
I didn’t respond for a while cause I kinda had something called christmas to enjoy. Exo equipment nowadays can hold up to 200+ pounds. Many years later this would improve a lot. The best actuators in PL can handle up to 2 tonnes on a small scale using hydraulics and all sorts of stuff like that. On a large scale for mechs they have actuators able to handle 30+ tonnes.
NLCO is probably the most advanced nation because the have access to space travel between their nations on Earth and back. Even then they don’t have self welding nano machines. They have drones on their ships that do repairments, but no smaller. Something that small can’t produce enough heat to melt metal together.
