2019-01-24 18:16:40 UTC Here is the base of Samuels NLCO uniform. He has 2 uniforms one NBC for being undercover and on NLCO for his real side he has a mask to fit with his backstory.
This is just his early stage but give me ideas for every part if you can on NLCO he is called soldier 14 because he has 14 letters in his name.
