It takes a ton of focus and mana to pull off, and once it’s done the user is nearly drained.
The arrow can also be maneuvered if the user has a good enough grasp on magic as a whole.

Just a new attack weapon.
Cool idea, however because of the focus part it would severly limit mobility, so it would have to be a last resort AND you would have to have a good distance.
