as for “best” idk, all i know is what I’ve used for, basically forever

everyone seems to use godaddy.com for domains
idk why, but i’ve always used name.com, and no complaints

hosting, gotta say for just a typical site hostgator isn’t bad and is cheap

but if you’re really new, maybe just make a wordpress.com account which handles the “hosting/creating” part for you, all you need is a domain
