Ok everybody, this is goodbye. it’s been such a great 3+ years on here, i’ve had so many great moments, i’ve met some weird, cool, interesting, talented people, and i’m sorry to be going. unfortunately, most of the people i knew when i first got here are gone, so i think it’s time for me to leave as well. finally, i have all the stick badges…(except for halloween winner)… and my long time goal of being the first to get all 3 creation badges has been achieved.

i’m not gonna lay out my whole story, but when i first got here i saw well known users like epitaph, eb, and jackfly, and i decided i wanted to be up there with them. unfortunately, my dream of being one of the best stick makers was taken over by my desire for all badges, and so i couldn’t make as many quality sticks as i shouldve. i think for the most part i’ve done a good job with my background making… and even though some of the time i produced garbage for the sake of a feature, i did start off by wanting to contribute to people’s animations.

i won’t make any specific messages to anyone, i liked pretty much everyone, even the people i got into debates with. however, i will say this to @ralph

thank you so much. thank you for your sarcasm, your strange humor, your unrelenting positive attitude, your jokes, your website, and your app. you have no idea how much of an impact stick nodes has had on my life. i’ve lived in three different states in the past 4 years, and the one thing that’s always been with me was this community. thanks ralph
