Was playing Yakuza Kiwami, got to this point. Some of the stuff in this game is ridiculous but then some parts are heartfelt and the fights are astonishing.

Haven’t exercised in a while, around a week or so to be exact and have been eating pretty bad.
Luckily my weight has only increased by a consistent theme of 2 – 3 pounds.
Anyway I now have a bunch of good pretty healthy foods, I am cooking more, so I might post pictures of that and will be doing some exercises everyday. Cardio and some calisthenics every days, some days a lot of calisthenics, some not, need that day to repair muscles for muscle growth.
If results go well and to plan may even post pictures of the progression.

Most people’s average life.
Even if you maintain posture, stretch every now and again, it can still be beneficial.
Plus even people who train everyday can undo what damage they’d cause to their bodies in a week, you’d have to train rigorously to achieve such a state.

If your looking to loose weight, diet and do cardio for around 3 -4 months depending on how fat you are.
If you want big muscles, high protein, bulking, lifting weights, one day lifting, one not.
If you want to be shredded, eat well, do some cardio and calisthenics.
If you want to be training with ‘hidden strength relying on strength through other means besides muscle’ train your joint strength and mobility. This can be done through calisthenics, gymnastics, fighting training.
This is just about passing the surface for what types of exercises there are and what you can do.
Fitness and wellbeing is extensive and would take a long time to fully learn. I don’t think it’s even possible to fully learn it.

They are when getting into to it.
Exercising and dieting requires a fairly high amount of willpower and it only increases the more you do them.
Exercising and dieting consistently requires a tremendous amount of will and many people do it for a reason. Very few people do it for the sake of it.
Either way the choice is yours and if you need any advice on it i’m willing to help.
I’ve picked up many things about it so feel free to ask.

weight fluctuation is common week to week, 2-3lbs is within the margin of error due purely to water retention
hell i can do that in a single day if i go out and have fast food or something
have a lot of sodium one day, all the water/liquid just chills in your body making you heavier until eventually you piss that shit out

Not really sure what you’re trying to get at here.
Are you trying to say weight can fluctuate between 2 – 3 pounds daily and my measures are wrong?
They probably are a bit off, but my stomach and eating plan for the past week has been weird so accurate answers isn’t something I can offer.

My lifestyle was terrible as well for most of my life, it was only recently I decided to turn it all around.
Doing exercises actually has some benefits you wouldn’t even think about. It can build confidence, give you a rational logical understanding of the human body, understanding weight amounts and being able to interpret how much it ways from experience.
A lot of benefits, if you do everything correctly there is likely no downsides.
If you’re considering exercising i’m willing to offer any advice. I’ve been training and exercising for over six months and have a good understanding of how to do many things.

Also (idk if you animate fights but if anyone here can help me too, thats cool) do you plan fights, or you just go with the flow and see what happens? Because I always lose motivation like halfway, and most of the time give up on the project. Would planning an anim help? I don\’t like planning, but if it\’ll help with an animation, ill do it

So you want to animate a fight but are not sure how others really go about it?
Well, it depends, some people like animating a fight, seeing if it goes well, if not they scratch it, some plan it, use the right stickfigure, think about the angles etc.
I try and balance both of those things out, I don’t really just go and animate, but then I forget that I can animate decently well. Ideally just brushing up on some fighting combos by watching videos of some can help along with knowing how to keep the viewer engaged if you plan on sharing or not.
If you’re going for a quick fairly easy to animate fight scene, using simple stickfigures like a base with some hair or something (something that doesn’t require much thought into and doesn’t require you to really move it) is what you should aim for. If you want to create a fight scene with facial features, blood, hair movement, clothing movement and camera angles, you’d need much more time to plan that out.
I’ll let you in on a detailing secret that many people forget when animating that can make an animation shine, adding foreground parts so pillar that pass in front of the camera or a bird or something. It’s so minuscule of a detail yet almost all animators I know forgets it.

ez use gradients for segments put em side by side with te gradient goin inwards to the segment next t it or just use the gradient from elipses
(i learned this since swords and guns use the same shading etchnique imo)

For that little rectangular hole, on either side use dark segments and then add two more segments of the same colour with gradient fades on either side to the inside of the rectangular hole to make it look like it has depth.
Also make the Nerf Logo on it and subtle gradients on it for lighting. No need to go crazy with this as the when it’s angled differently light won’t correspond the same so as long as you create a subtle basic gradients it should be fine.

5 + 69 is A to the colour of 9, 9 being the colour grey on a colour hex code.
69 is the colour of E, E being a white grey colour.
69 + 5 = Y or White Grey + 5 = Y
In which Y is the colour of B.
B is the colour grey, so in order to go from White Grey to grey you would need a darker colour added so therefore 5 is dark grey or 727272 roughly.
Then you’d get
White grey + dark grey = grey
Or
E + 727272 = B
Next there is 4 to the power of blue to the Ath power must be 42.
Blue is 0004ff and A is grey
Blue to the power of grey is 42
42 is Dark Grey.
This was all a bunch of inaccurate colour and mathematical formulas.
