Forgot to have a coffee or whatever earlier after training, feeling it now.

I’m not too reliant on it but it does help energise a bit, still got the site log to do and maybe an interview.

I wasn’t sure whether to make this post or not due to its nature and whether I just should share or not but for the sake of discussing mental health and life, I feel I should.

Warning to all who read on, the context of the situation and more is quite morbid.

I want to keep this simple since I don’t fully have the right words for it.

I got a call this Wednesday from my mother, she was crying and she had told me that her closest friends 12 year old son had offed himself. I say it sort of externally for privacy sake but I knew this kid, he was genuinely so kind, had so much ahead of him yet for whatever reason, he had decided to kill himself. We don’t know why, an investigation is on-going but there’s no denying it, he’s gone.

To my point in all this I say to you all, no matter the ‘ culture ‘ or ways of the site, despite what anyone says, you are loved, you can be loved and find love and for what it’s worth, seeing someone go, even someone you aren’t even that close to, it’s just awful. Seeing how it affects families, friends, all sorts, it hurts, even moreso for their families.

I know things are difficult and I and maybe others don’t know your situation but some of us, the ones we call friends, we are there and will lend you an ear should you need it. I get we’re all pretty exclusive with our lives and more and don’t talk much of it due to privacy and such, but if anyone ever wants to talk when they got no-one else to turn to, you have a place here, to think that a fate like that could happen to any of you, especially my friends, it would feel genuinely awful.

We are ‘ strangers on the internet ‘ but there are people behind there, some people on the internet bad, some good, this place is good. It’s people, good. If ever the wrong thing were to go on, grooming, threats etc we’d be there to step in. We’re by no means a functional one, but still very much like a family.

Putting the heartfelt messages aside the bottom line is, mental health is very important and you should never hesitate to be willing to share how you’re feeling or what’s getting you down etc. the internet is a volatile tricky place but here especially we’d not completely disregard your feelings and emotions especially when your situation is so dire, so please, speak up and know you are loved.

Drama aside, has anyone watched Fallout at all?

Feels like nobody has mentioned it at all.

I gotta say, I really like it. I especially love the whole 1920s thematic choices in media anyway, with the good story and compelling characters it’s pretty great. It felt kind of draggy at first but it still had its moments plus a few episodes in it gets better. Season 2 should be pretty damn sweet from where we left off.

Anyone seen it?

Who knows, still surprised to see it, it feels like Everytime somethings get mentioned aka I mention or think of it, a few weeks or months later something about it drops.

Last year I finished watching ATLA and right after the live-action gets announced. I get cause and effect but damn.

Almost 60 hours in on God Of War Ragnarok and I’ve finally done basically everything.

Freed Tyr, Killed Odin, Freed the realms, all Muspelheim challenges, Valkyrie Queen ( took me 3 hours to beat ) etc

Was very worth it, now to play the DLC, Valhalla.
