Basically (almost) every PL character (no discrimination intended):
-Family is like 99.9% dead
-Childhood suburban house was like blown up by a country’s army
-has some like some strange unique customized armor/tech that will never be shared with anyone else and their operating country for some reason doesen’t mind them wearing it instead of traditional equipment
-has an edgy reason to be against a certain country
-Only wears power armor
-will stop to avenge somebody

He snuck onto a cargo truck headed to his old bootcamp, and when it arrived…well.
Yuri achived a death toll of 15 NBC elite recruits.
75 NBC soilders. And 5 elite units.
After that yuri blew up the bootcamp leaving all of dead commrades behind.
The nbc quickly knew what happened
And immediately placed yuri on their watchlists
And started to form
A hunting party to

The massacre that yuri did was nicknamed: \”the D.E.L.T.A massacre\”
