A series involving several nations who are on the same mission to colonize an untouched continent on an unnamed planet. These nations all hold very different beliefs and have little thought on even attempting to work together. Technology is very advanced for some countries while others are not. All of these countries hold their own problems that instigate massive conflicts between each other.

He got Sean to make these models. Then he bailed out as soon as topic of payment was mentioned.
-
Replying to:
As expected. Me and Sean need a competition for 3D modeling or something.
-
Replying to:
m8 you’d probably kick my ass, show me your work I wanna see all the ass kickings I’ll get
-
-
Replying to:
holy crap our 3D helmets actually came out quite similar – like I know we used the same references etc but like… damn, it’s not like I copied everything 1-1 I put a bit of my own spin on it, but shit yo nice work EB
-
Replying to:
Lol, I still have yet to get down to the smaller details. Now on the side of 3D animation, I am slowly becoming good. I think I remember seeing a Katana of your that looks really polished and solid which has me tremble in fear if there were to ever be a competition.
-
Replying to:
holy shit you can animate that well?? naw son I’m fucked
I only just began learning animation the other day lmfao
did you model the gun too? it’s awesome looking and very detailed I love how much you can move it!
and nah that Katana was crap, it was my first attempt at not using a tutorial after I followed the donut tutorial, it was so badly build, like you ain’t wanna see that topology lmao
-
Replying to:
Lol. The animation took me a few day. Started off with simple posing then I made things less linear and more complex afterwards with the addition of force and inertia. Didn’t model the gun though. That was ripped straight from COD MW. The arms and the way they were rigged was purely me with the help of some software like makehuman or something like that. I suprisingly haven’t models a gun yet.
-
-
Replying to:
wtf that’s like, professional studio, call of duty level animation
-
Replying to:
I mean I used one of their models and their sounds. But thats my goal. That and beating their level of animation.

Replying to:
I’m forever not eating any food cause of him 🙁
-
-
lol thanks, it did come out pretty good
hitting the CPU a little hard, i may have went overboard with the bells and whistles so have to look at optimizing
also that was Sean, he did all the 3D modeling
he specifically “””enjoyed””” working on your complicated-ass helmet-
Replying to:
Hah. Lol. Mostly loading pages is what was slow for me. Now it is no longer. Thankfully you didn’t ask me for my model that is mostly complete on the geometry side but nothing else. Pretty neat recreation of it. From another viewpoint, but he got to suffer like me in translating it to 3D.
-
Replying to:
oh yes I very much “””””enjoyed”””” working on the helmet for the longest time out of all of them

@ralph I have reached the point where stick nodes is crying and struggling to load all my figures when I go to import new figures. Is it possible that you could make it only load into pages or something instead of one massive list. Or just something to make it load as fast as it originally did?
-
In summary, SN freezes for a few seconds when I press import. It gets really annoying.
-
Replying to:
Same.
-
Replying to:
I have that too w me 6000+ figs
-
-
I remember before I joined the site
I tried to collect every figure on the site
My android phone , poor little bastard went through so much
-
Replying to:
Dang. And I think my Tab S6 lite and S2 get it worst.
-
-
Mine did that. It just required deleting around 2k figures that were all 300 nodes each.
-
Replying to:
well, the amount of nodes doesn’t matter in this case, the list is just loading a lot of files to present in the list
-
-
just curious, how many files do you have in there?
-
Replying to:
not to be annoying my bad, just curious bc it’ll give me an idea of what “a lot” is in order for testing
i might be able to get it to break up into “pages”, but unsure how that’ll play nice with sorting, might be out of luck as everything will need to be loaded, at least at first, in order to sort – then broken up into pages
-
Replying to:
1293 for stickfigures alone. It just suddenly became an issue which is odd. Like ai didn’t add a bunch of new stuff. Surely getting the sorting to work in pages can’t be that hard. I mean I have seen it work in other applications just fine. I have 1697 sounds but don’t have this issue when importing sounds.
-
Replying to:
Or a possible solution might be to allow for SN to read folders within the SN figure folder then load that sub folders list of files. This would also help with organization. Have 20 different parts of a figure in one spot rather than mixed in with others.
-
Replying to:
hm, im over here messing with 1800+ for testing and its smooth as butts, maybe 1-2 seconds to first open the window
then i realized i optimized this sorting back like 3 months ago (im using 3.2.0) so maybe that actually fixed it lol
i’ll reinstall the older SN to confirm
-
Replying to:
welp, kinda nothing, it’s working fine even on a low-end tablet with 2000 files with the old SN update
hmm
-
Replying to:
Wtf. How is it that and can shred a 30000 node frame with no performancs decreases? Might have to experiment myself.
-
Replying to:
so just to clarify, you click “import stickfigure” and it takes the window what like, 5+ seeconds to pop up?
and if you sort by new, old, alphabetical, and back and forth, i assume that also takes a 5+ second wait?
-
Replying to:
Yeah. Essentially. Anything that would load the list. No problem with my sounds, but a problem with figures.
-
Replying to:
i kinda want your /stickfigures/ folder to see if its something specific (names, filesizes) but lmao @ how big that ZIP would be
-
Replying to:
Just checked and it’s just 15mb apparently. Sounds on the other hand…. Should I send you a mediafire link of it?
-
Replying to:
yeah if you don’t mind, whenever you get a chance email it to me pls [email protected]
not the sounds, since you say they’re okay
-
Replying to:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/4x2lqqh8n27wc81/BULLET+MANS+FIGURE+FILE.zip/file
Eh, why not just throw it here.-
Replying to:
oof didn’t see this til now
k thanks, will see what i can do with this
-
Replying to:
lmao @ name
-
Replying to:
I had to do it.
-
Replying to:
so just to let you know, im still baffled
first of all, excellent organizational skills
secondly, even with current 3.1.14 SN on an eh Samsung tablet, loads in like…1 second, maybe 2 (the import list)
i am perplexed
-
Replying to:
Hmm. Maybe I got stuff in the background eating at my memory or CPU? Cause for me it loads in like 3-5 seconds I recall. And my tablet ain’t a slow tablet. Especially considering it’s an improvement upon my last god tier tablet. I know the general idea of how computers work and how to put a computer together in 3 different ways, but I don’t know jack about the code part and how mobile devices work in managing processes.
-
Replying to:
try again when the 3.2.0 update is out, as it kinda changed a lot behind the scenes with how the lists are populated
when that doesn’t help inevitably, yell at me again
-
Replying to:
I will see if I can keep that in mind.

I say go through those files and see what you never use. I deleted over 700 files last time I did that.
-
Replying to:
Considering the figures one my device are nearly all mine, I probably will use all of them. Might be able retire the old stickfigure stuff.

@explosivebullet praise the lord and pass the ammunition

Salute to russia

Neat

Replying to:
He done 👍 I posted him she should be up in a few days

maska-1 helmet 🤢 (no but really this helmet doesnt fit the PL style, its a big and heavy steel pot that was in service for more or less a decade total and even then only with those who didnt have funds for better stuff). that or this helmet you made is some big steel visor that people like putting on their helmets to make sure their guy wont see anything infront of him or be able to shoulder a weapon correctly
-
Replying to:
I will take that criticism and improve thank you for your opinion
-
-
-
@explosivebullet what is the symbol for the rank let’s say NCLO squad leader?
-
Ivan should’ve been done a year ago I’ve just procrastinating but I’ll start on it tonight
-
-
-
Just to clarify, the viewmodel is 3D and the background scenery shown is an image. They blend together quite well. So long as you make sure the lighting of the 3D scene matches image.

RTX Bullet isn’t real. He can’t hurt you.
Just to clarify, the really dark one is Cycles render and the other is Eevee. What I did here is added displacement maps to the textures which adds some fake geometry to the textures. The textures are 8k and the pictures are 1080p and 4k. The crazy grainy look here is partially because of your display. Don’t be ashamed, I have the same problem. There is simply so much detail in the textures with the bumpmapping that all the detail is kinda competing with what to display here. Crazy that originally the 8k texture thing seemed like it would work till I added the specular layers.-
is there a full body?
-
Replying to:
Yeah as I have the arms and the body there. This is still very unfinished though.
-
-
It kinda looks like foam
-
Replying to:
The chromatic abberation kinda messes with that. All of us pretty much don’t have 4k displays so this photo gets compressed while having literal pixel level details. So really texture will look odd for us without zooming into the photo. These are also compressed from the original.

Just since I didn’t inform the people here, i am drawing back some of my own work on PL and leaving it to a team to do. While I still do the majority of visual work for PL, I have people to help me out now just so I can get episodes out faster. On the other hand, PL episode 4 has a finished script and thumbnail that may or may not change. I also Have submitted my FN SCAR as it is now finished. Keep an eye out for that on the site in the coming days.
-
Oooh
-
-Easy to use IF your device can handle it
-
Replying to:
Yeah, though that is already implied through “higher end device recommended.”
-
-
@ralph
You can change that thumbnail to this thumbnail right? The bottom one I forgot to send as I haven’t sent anything in like forever. Just gotta have that thumbnail consistency.-
Replying to:
i gotchu

Replying to:
Thx

and leaving it to a team to do
legit sounds like you have an animation studio of sticknoders at your disposal
which i so hope is true
-
Replying to:
Kinda sorta. Many people think the standard is too high.
-
Replying to:
*photorealistic guns, backgrounds, characters and animations*

-
Replying to:
Yeah. Guns stay in my hands for the most part.
Animatiin is all mine. Backgrounds are primarily what I am getting help with. So essentially, my team deals with the stuff I would rather not do.

Here’s a random tutorial. Something I have been working on for a while with no idea what people wanted me to teach them. Lot’s of information here and some sneak peaks to Project Landfall here. Not much though for that, but there is a load of information that is bound to help you out somewhere in animation.
-
4 minutes and 30 second runtime currently on episode 4. Have yet to get to the spicy action which will probably the largest part of the animation. Inevitably progress will be halted soon as I will need to finish up the FN SCAR Complete Remaster. That and there will be a pretty sweet redesign of the NBC Veteran due to their new set of gear they recieve in episode 4 before they face off with Thaltop while defending the capital city of the NBC. Enjoy this nice shot that is part of a now completed scene in the next episode.
-
Stepping back into working on project landfall and I got some cool stuff up my sleeve. Consider the SCAR soon to be finished.
-
Got like 20 seconds of dialogue shots done today. Almost finished the first scene and the second scene will be a breeze. Movieclips are just lovely. This scene just to clarify is like 12,000 nodes. Though it’s only gonna be a few seconds long. Primarily due to the Moveclip animation length allowed with the nodes of both moving characters here.

I got some madness combat vibes
Hmm. Unintentionally got that style of flashes a bit.
its no problem
I’m just saying that it looks like a thing from a good game
Madness isn’t just a game. It’s a little more than that.
A masterpiece?
Yep. However, I think he means that it’s both a game and an animation series.
Yep, a game and animation masterpiece
It’s a full on franchise at this point. With little stories. Though it more than anything is just a style.
I knooooow
