Japanese people-catchers, or Torimono Sandogu, consisted of the following:
1. Sodegarami (sleeve entangler)
2. Tsukobu (push pole)
3. Sasumata (spear fork)
Some are used in a more modern form today by Japanese police, but the weapons pictured were used by the Samurai and retainer classes to catch and contain people.

I think milky said it best in your last post but still keeping a base around works very much in your favor
Just do remember to change it up even a little bit with proportions and such as that can help with just adding that little bit of spice to a figure

A good base or no? I’m pretty bad at making bases but I also want don’t want to have to rely on Nicky’s Base.

I like it, although personally I find best relying on no bases gives unique characters and body shapes and designs

Gotcha, personally for that what I do is use reference sheets and all, if I’m making a figure in the same series/style I’d have the other close by to reference and all

I have 3. As Lemon predicted Jack, however, that’s in addition to EB and Killa.
Jack due to his overall performance with figures. This leads to lots of people basing their style off of his.
EB due to his consistency and being someone pretty much every site member grows to learn quickly.
Zilla due to the fact that most new users I see use his figures either as their own, or as a base. In addition to mentioning him a ton and asking for help/advice. I can’t put my finger on it as to why new users gravitate towards him, but it’s really common. Plus his skills with figures, animation, and multiple episodes for his series seem to help a ton with that growth.
I see them as pretty interchangeable in terms of in most iconic.

Many users standout to me, probably most users here
The humble users such as Kingston, Collision and especially Lemon really do come to mind. The users who do things differently like Manny and Scarlett do standout as well and I think it’s pretty obvious that I’d put Gigan on the list of standout users
That being said, the people who I think of for stick nodes the most are Anomaly and Jade

Site wise it has to legitimately be a thunder dome brawl between Kz , Craz/any of the major sort of trendy figure makers (not saying this as a dunk , you all do Justice for these shows and movies , especially you Craz) , or Dzcon
Actual site activity wise , Kz dominates between these 3 but overall most guest look at figures , and these 3 have basically everything going for them to be heavy hitters
Be it Kz’s style being such a easy but still strong opener for many new users to animate or edit , Craz’s nice ass production line of on trend figures that blend nicely between fully accurate and still user friendly and stylized , Or Dz’s absolute monopoly on the modern effects landscape , these 3 are tough for any new user to not come across and hit download within their pages a few times

Their roles as mods not only act as popularity roids lmao , but their warm nature definitely leaves an impact on new users (especially if it’s a contrast to my attitude if I decided to be an asshole that day) , and their sheer wisdom and parcipitation in this community gives them the best man handling on site-based popularity

Upcoming pack will be the rest of the UNSC weapons from Halo Infinite. The Rocket Launcher, Sniper Rifle, Hydra, and that new gun, the Bandit (When did they add this? I haven’t played Halo Infinite in months).
I could have sworn I saw a Halo rocket launcher on the site somewhere, but I cannot seem to find it. Here’s a ref sheet because images catch eyes…

Medieval weapon pack by Warlock. Includes the following weapons:
Longsword, Arming Sword, Dagger, Zweihander, Rapier, Falchion
Horseman’s Pick, Flanged Mace, Morning Star, Flail
Bardiche, Pike, Poleaxe, Bec de Corbin, Halberd
I’d like to note that some of the names are not exactly accurate, but they are shortened for convenience. They will be numbered in the description.
I haven’t submitted it yet, so while we’re here, is there any medieval weapon you’d crave to see? I can always add more.
(Note: Just to clear it up I didn’t make this all in the last 3 days since the shield pack, this has been a project I’ve been cooking up for months)
