Anyway the cycling is a solid 5
His movements are overdone and cut short causing him to move very aggressively.
His right underarm is static, it should swing a small bit.
His legs move too high.
Also his spine is moving too frequently back and forth. Try to increase the amount of frames in your cycle/movieclip.

I’m not an expert in animation,
but I should be right.
