I mean you don’t need a car and if you can get to a Walmart or smth they have a fishing section where you can find a blue ozark trail spinner rod combo for like 10 bucks and like another 10 for bait and lures and then maybe fish a local pond/lake/river also a Fishin license I frgt the price i think it’s diff in other states
