Okay, so on newer IPads like my one, the IPad Gen 6, there’s this feature that lets you have two pages open at once. Fantastic i know but it gets better, if you slide up on the tiny grey oval at the top of the smallest tab, you can shrink the larger one by a tiny bit and have them lock, meaning one tab isn’t in the way of another.
I’d love to be making Poleaxes, Bardichés, Naginatas and all the other polearms (cause they’re better than swords, fite me) while jamming out to the Ratchet and Clank OST or what have you but o have to have the flaming tab getting in the way of my nodes so i have to move the screen or swip the tab to the other side to get at the buttons. It’s very frustrating.
So PLEASE, do add some compatibility with this.
(To get it in the first place, carefully swipe up from the bottom to stay in app but have a hotbar appear with your apps, then drag SN or PornHub i dunno onto your screen and it will appear beside your previously opened app.)

Find diagonal views and fill in the gaps using memory or switch to an image displaying that side

A fight is getting generic in its entirety.
To make a fight scene good, it needs to be paired with good characters, nice design, some plot, all that jazz.
Try Animating something without combat maybe. -

It makes combat way more intense as characters could die much more easily

1) yeah, that’s my thing
2) damn, I’ve been here for years but i still struggle at getting fights to look that good. Then again, i strive to make my fights grounded and realistic so I can’t go overboard

Oh, and while I’m at it.
While they’re harder to animate, more detailed and unique character designs can really spice up your animations. Take a look at The StickNodes Movie for example, Episode 8 has a lot of examples of unique character designs. -

Try using a variety of sound effects
Avoid playing sounds over eachother, add in pauses and spaces.
Remember and concentrate on how physics and gravity work to get more realistic and impactful combat.
Add in text to give the viewer a breif idea as to why they’re fighting and what’s at stake.
If you’re going for an anime look, keep non-tween but make it more jittery and movements sudden.
If you want a realistic or smooth look, use tween and then use the ‘do not tween frame’ button for those sudden movements. -

You don’t need super detail, you just need unique design.

YET.
If you were to suddenly release a vid with the same animation quality but with these unique, never before seen characters people could recognise at a glance, relate to and/or remember, you’d be seeing far greater success. Disney isn’t where it’s at just cause of quality animation but because of story, design, animation and sound all rolled into one.

You can already animate, you need to improve your design.
People will keep telling me ‘design and animation are different, you don’t need good design to make a good animation’.
Well they’re wrong, the StickNodes Movie uses very average animation but the designs and creative thinking have led it to become a classic within days of its initial release.Using creative, original thinking can turn you from a decent animator into a godlike developer. A Scarf Users animation skills paired with creative thinking, original ideas and unique character design could birth a truly incredible animator.

It’s fine to adopt a new art style but if everyone was doing Van Gogh works within a year of him doing his, nobody would care, it’d be just another art form.
You NEED to adopt either a newer one or your very own like i did in order to respect that art style. The time for Scarf Users has come and passed, past 2015, Scarf Fig anims have become pointless and you need to understand that.
In order to succeed in this new world where animation is being squashed by stupid news channels and mainstream trash, we need to be as original and creative as physically possible
