Still didn’t really answer anything. And MD was talking about 2 bases. PL only has 1 base. 3 versions now. 1st version was what I used to make the original NBC Veteran, it was blocky because the vest overlapped the body so I deleted those nodes. The newer one which actually had a base made for it and many other figures. Except I have 0 idea which bases he is really talking about, especially when base quality is completely irrelevant. The comment was asking about whether I had the definition of base right, not animation quality, not base quality. And heres an issue with adding more back joints. A simple bend down becomes a big project in it’s own. And by adding more, the design for the NBC Elite would break easily as a result of clipping. The back isn’t supposed to bend as much in order for there to be a point in adding another node. Your first comment still makes 0 sense though. If it were supposed to be a reply to my comment on MDs reply, then get a grip. Constructive criticism is useless when I don’t see the reason behind it. Part of what everyone needs to do is also turn down some critisism while at the same time taking some. But I’m sure this isn’t the case.

When you have a super computer made by NASA, yes.

If it goes to java then people on PE are gonna get burned hard. And wouldn’t that delete my stuff? On top of how many people can’t run Java well. I would have no problem running java considering I run 300 frames with a higher res texture pack. But something tells me a lot of people would have 0 access to the server then.

That doesn’t answer where I was mad. And he also has 0 of a point cause animation is not a concern of the base being fullbody or not. If you would’ve actually read everything you would have seen that I am pointing only the fullbody thing out for the reason that I’m not sure if Im wrong or not on what a fullbody is. Not exactly sure what you are trying to do but everything you are saying actually looks like a comment made from a person who flips out about something they didn’t even read because they hate the person too much.

Lazy and boring. They are used too much, so definetly move away from that, proper detailed scarf will be acceptable though.

Maybe add a little more into that holster on the side. And maybe a similar leather holster on the back for the rifle.

Yeah not aliens or stuff like that. They aren’t gonna talk so yeah. Anything that affects realism is not allowed though.

The neck is a piece of the bases functionality. It still has every limb the human body has which is what a fullbody is. Every limb of the human body shown. The entire body. So I’m sure he isn’t pointing that out cause fullbody is shape not functionality.

Where was I getting offended? I was just asking a question cause this confused me. Like do I not know what a full body is? This is for myself to learn something, if this where something that I was defending myself in, I’d likely be pointing out everything wrong with this person. And am I doing that here? No. Read the entire comment before deciding to try and make your own argument.

I’ve only made one base. Aside from the stickfigure base. Thats the PL base, scaling on the legs and torso with the head is all right, but not quite the arms. They are rather a small difference between the more accurate front view. This is primary because of the side view picture not having a proper view of the arms length. So scaling them accuratly is rather hard. On being blocky, old old concept of my that I tried doing for a little bit before the PL base was very blocky, but new one is built entirely to match the shape of a human being. Detail lacking in the base is 0 of a concern considering it’s a base. A base is what sets the shape and style of all characters in a specific art style. So shape is the only factor really. And there is problems with the old PL base where the neck is attached to the torso which doesn’t work well as there is no polyfills on the neck then for it to bend.
