I got it all planned, first is find an app that allows me to edit images pixel by pixel. If that fails, I got microsoft pain…. I mean paint. Paint contains more power than you know.
I suggest Medibang Paint.

medibang paint is art software but it’s a competent photo editor in and of itself.
I will only use that if it’s mobile. If it’s PC I’m doing microsoft paint because I don’t want anything I won’t use again on my PC.
