Though the head was nearly burnt to a crisp, the cause of death was suffocation. From what has been gathered from CTV Footage, Peri was knocked out and kidnapped by what appears to be a near skeletal figure whose face resembles a grin. What should be noted is that this suspect appears to have wings of sorts and seems to be covered in a oil-like substance.

I mostly watched cartoon network/nickelodeon back then, I was more interested in shows like Ed Edd n Eddy or Codename: Kids next door
Kim possible was just a show I would watch if it came on, not something I would sit in front of the TV waiting for like the ones mentioned above
