        Only thing cursed a out it is that it has a combo of AK and AR features. I made sure it is not cursed in proportions or functionality.

        Took some inspiration from the SCAR for the magazine, but took more from AR and AKs alongside some stuff from the Kriss Vector and a hint of the ACR. Then my own idea for the sights and believe it or not, some 1911. Pretty much just for the trigger.

        It’s a hybrid of much more than that but yeah. Took some from the two. But more the AK and AR platforms.

        Filters are the bane of every device. Normally it doesn’t even phase my PC to turn filters on, but it felt it here. 144 to 20fps in a second.

  • @ralph Small but annoying thing that I must harass you over is that when I export multiple pngs from a single project, why do they list themselves in four digits (photo_0000_19292228.png), only to have the numbers and an underscore after the four digits which give frame data. This screws up any image sequencing which is currently forcing me to \”prepare\” the files by running them through blender at lossless quality then running them through blender again to break the video up into PNGs that are sequenced correctly in their filename then run them through adobe media encoder to finally be in a usable video file. I don\’t use lower compression in blender as that causes those wierd artifacts that I posted earlier and the alternatives to blender all require proper image sequence names from the looks of it.

    Instead of \”photo_0000_10994883833.png\”

    It should be \”photo_0000.png\”

    Just would be a quality of life thing which would make my life much easier having me export from SN, then compile the frames through the encoder and be done.

    • quick answer is because android is gay and since export location is now the proper Android media library, they do not make it easy (across all the various Android device types and their quirks) to check if a filename already exists

      so instead of having ppl complain of file-overrides or files not saving bc already exists due to their device being one of these quirky ones, i just appended a timestamp to the end

      would it help if i swapped the order and had it be filename_timestamp_0001.png so it would have the sequence at the end?

        Yes. Anything to get the sequence at the end. Cause then it is just one process. I like how these softwares actively make it harder for app devs from the sounds of it.

          its because of the Android ecosystem where there’s soooo much variety from device manufacturers both in terms of actual physical devices, chips, etc and also the actual Android OS that is “tweaked” (Kindle, etc)

  • Screwing around with the layered detail system over existing stuff. Unsure if it will be for close ups only or not, but I want to add depth somehow. Scene 4 of 6 is done. I technically have 3 more scenes to do since I added in one later on. But I have a lot to compile once 4K png export comes out.

        I will mostly just use 4K export for higher video quality in my animations. Not much an art person, but I love making cinematic shots, and that will make those pop.

  • Made yet another character of the political scene in the NBC. Jozef, the assistant and co leader alongside Harper and his party. I really love how I set this shot up too by the way. The reflections and the government building down a hill just below the window with the city in the background looks just gorgeous, it’s gonna be even more gorgeous when I get it in 4K.

  • Just a question I have for you guys. Since I don\’t plant to make the front views and rear views for a while for characters with their faces exposed, (Front view base head has a lot of problems and is impossible to use) Should I release the Side View designs earlier and then release the Front Views later on in a seperate pack?

    Should I release the side views earlier than the front views in a seperate pack since the front views won't be made for a while.

        Neither is more stressful than the other. It’s just a matter of preference. Front views will still be done later on around the same time. It’s a matter of whether they go in the same pack and delay the release of the side views.

        I never have a deadline for stuff. But agreed that it’s less confusing when it is all in one pack. Keeping them all in one always is nice. Delayed release or not.

        Breathing is easy. Honestly just add tween frame abuse it. Since your doing manual frame by frame animation and not keyframe animation, that really is the only way to do it since it’s such a slow and subtle movement. As for hand to hand, basic movement, punches are typically 1 to 2 frames in length, like always force should apply to the whole body but have the most effect on the point of impact. Missed punches could have a shake to them and should be futher in length with an easy. The shake like a verticle bob is to mimic the muscle tension you get with movements making use of more muscle. You can see this typically when you throw a punch yourself or do any sort of aggressive movement. Also don’t forget anticipation on the recieving end, characters should have a visible reaction to expected punches, this adds complexity to this type of animation.

  • Testing how Harper looks in a scene of mine. I think he looks good, one problem, realized he has no teeth yet. Probably should add something on his jacket too showing he is the president. And I am not too sure if his hair being blurred screws with the depth since I use blur to portray aperture and rarely use it for anything else ignoring reflections and overall lighting.

  • Boom. A reference I picked up from a game of mine today to get an idea of what I want a more professional and fancy building to look like on the interior. Gotta say. Did not expect my computer to run this game so well cause it looks good.
