Diseases are things caused by Bacteria, Viruses and Parasites that makes you ill.

Disabilities are a defect you are born with or grow over time and have to live with your whole life. So, my Autism (Asbergers, that’s the specific type of Autism i have) makes me much more childish thinking and creative, while also having lots of learning difficulties

Tourettes is a well known one. Most people think it makes you just swear all the time but that’s only a rare type. Tourettes at it’s core is involuntary (you have no control over them) movements or noises. So, my ticks (what you call the individual quirks your tourettes makes you do) include looking around in weird ways, clicking with my tongue, saying “lovely” and other words with and emphasis on “lo” as well as many others like stretching my arm, grunting, making little squeals like a guinea pig, widening my mouth, hopping, etc.
