Good posing, but there are several flaws. Lots of movements are unnaturally slow which makes things awkward. Weapon details are good too. The use of the pointer finger for the fire selector is interesting but I can only imagine it as uncomftorable. Recoil for that first shot may have been too slow, not really sure but it already looks really good. The insertion of the magazine is rough with how that hand slows down to a freez right before contact with the gun, it also misses that impact with the gun. Other than that though, it looks pretty good. Maybe theres too much use of “add inbetween tweened frames.”
