Technically, Stick Nodes has the most dlc of any application. All figures uploaded to the site that you can download are accepted by Ralph or arcionek making them official. Like TF2 where most stuff is now fan made but officially in the game still. If you see them as a mod, Stick Nodes likely wins unless Minecraft or some other game has more mods.
