Rule #1: It’s a little incomprehensible. It needs to be rewritten in a way that is easy to understand.
“ music with reference of violence/drugs/parental advisory content is allowed” feels out of place in a rule that’s banning music. “just no songs such as I do know AN ISIS ANTHEM!!!” Is clunky to read. “That mf steals every white rappers flow to ever exist.” It isn’t necessary to justify your reason, it’s the rules, so omit it.

Rule #2: “and *sometimes* it’s like trying to blame someone for not liking strawberries, when they don’t like friggin strawberries.” Another overly explained part that adds more clunkiness to the rules. You don’t have to justify your reason. The whole rule could be reworded to something like
“Do not be rude, do not argue, do not be arrogant, and do not insult each other’s music taste.”

The bottom bit about being a crashout queen is funny and cute but you can omit all of that and say “We will call you out if you break these rules.”

Rule #3: It’s good. It doesn’t need change.

Role information: Explain what a WD is. Also omit “…as in you literally can’t. Gotta include everybody. WOK- SHUT THE FUCK UP, anyways.”

Also omit “Click if you dare… (ip grabb-)” it’s unnecessary and breaks the reader’s trust in you. You don’t want people thinking it could actually be an IP grabber. Yes there will be people who will think that, or at the very they would least be disinterested in checking out the link because of it.
