I hurt my neck walking to 7-eleven

I was following my siblings to 7-eleven, and I was lost in my own thoughts

Then it turns out 3 bikes were behind us and they warned us to get out of the way by saying “beep beep”

This startled me as I was lost in my thoughts as said before, so I got an adrenaline rush for whatever reason and my body just jumped away on its own and starting running like a foot before I regained my senses and looked behind me

During this however, I hurt my neck and now I can’t bend it backwards or turn to the left without a sharp pain

I should probably get my neck amputated too, like yesterday with my head
