The iPad 9 is pretty cheap and powerful. I have the 7 and it runs Sticknodes like a dream.
Huh, the iPad 7 is even cheaper!
So yeah those are two budget options
However there are much more powerful iPads if you aren’t concerned about the price, like the 2022 IPad Pro, iPad 10 (which is also pretty cheap), and others which I couldn’t be bothered to look into.
Than there’s also android, which I don’t know jackshit about it’s tablets.

I know you probably thought of this, but maybe you could create the eyes, make them able to join to the helmet, and than turn down their opacity, maybe with a tint effect to slightly match the color of the goggles
