Do you think the face and glasses look off in the new design? It feels strange but still fairly reasonable proportionally for what Iβm going for.
Please feel free to critique, it would be greatly appreciated.

See how this goes and all but Iβve been working on a most recent likely final design for Lemon for now.
Itβs not too different from the old design aside from maybe some different colours, design choices and thatβs about it. Iβm thinking of making the sunglasses bigger, let me know what you think.

Working on another rendition of Lemon and just trying to improve and further my skill some more.
Ended up with this reference for just a torso at a 4 / 5 angle view.

I honestly expected more muscles to be on the lower part of the torso but surprisingly no, itβs just some obliques and then higher up itβs more oblique and something called the Serratus Anterior which connects to your rib cage, it intersects with the obliques giving that lumpy look.
Also learnt of another muscle called the Sternocleidomastoid which is this muscle:

Thought maybe Iβd try a challenge and get it out as a video, itβs been way too damn long since I uploaded properly so I ought to.
Iβm going to put aside the fire tutorial for now, itβs taking a while as Iβm trying cover animating fire as a whole rather than SN exclusive but also have major aspects which will focus in on SN. As of current Iβve got 3 documents worth of fire tutorial notes, planning, methods etc.
Timed Stickfigure Challenges:Like the whole 10 seconds, 10 minutes, 10 hours art challenges minus the lengthy 10 hour part.
Iβm thinking of doing 10 seconds, 1 minute and then 10 minutes. I came up with that just now so any suggestions regarding changing up the time or anything else Iβll hear you out on.
Anyway if you could leave a suggestion of something for me to make as the first video Iβll pick the one I think will be best for a first episode, Iβll probably consider doing the others suggested given theyβll be βworthyβ enough.

Was messing around, thought Iβd try and replicate scoutβs style to practice my crease work along with his usage of outlines and colour palette.
The Stickfigure has no creases, I drew some on the gold Stickfigure instead from the shape of the clothing.

Jackβs figures are awesome, the Mario odyssey one is practically ripped straight from the game although you get to a certain point in SN where once you lean to high quality enough the functionality begins to drop so while it looks great, the way it handles is quite rough around the edges.
No hate on jackβs part, thatβs just my view on quality and functionality when it comes to making stickfigures.
Anything beyond that Stickfigure specifically and most of Jackβs work and itβs barely even SN anymore.

Mini Ninjas recently got ported to Xbox One, glad itβs here.

I think the old is a lot more pronounced but the proportions realistically for adding a face would be very strange whereas the newer one is more realistic.
To give you an idea the head shape is meant to be big and a heart shape ( like oval head shape, circular etc )
they kinda look to small, like. . . horizontal whize

Design and face of the new one with the glasses and angle of the old would be perfect tbh, the face being higher up on the head + 45 degree view is well done
