• Torso progression, just trying to figure things out atm, progress is steady but it’s coming together. There is a still a good way to go + changes to a few things with the current progression of torso but I’m liking it.

    Have a separate Stickfigure for veins and likely striations at some point too. Definitely a hefty node creation but I can always refine it and chop the node count down a bunch.

    This is by far my current favourite lemon iteration and style choice.

    In other news I’m working on a discord server for all this kind of stuff and more, bare with me on that though.

  • I was intending to keep this low-key on behalf of not spoiling the progression but I figured I’d just post it to get some feedback, given there is any.

    Head + Neck progression : 95% completion

    I wanted to go for something that put together each iteration of Lemon as well as something with realistic aspects but ultimately a bold and vibrant enough style. So far I’m really liking it, for a faceless ( stylistically ) lemon man it’s what I’d want visually.

    Man I kinda went all-in for this one y’know, nice thumbnail, whole new thumbnail setup going on, movieclip submission with perfectly centred alignment, f*ck me it’s just so damn clean, I’m too good at this sh*t 😤🤝

    Jokes aside we got 4 Parts, Mugshot style ( W/ + W-out/ BG ), Numerical Style and finally Basically Basic style ( Smart-stretchable lines to extend the height chart length-ways )

    I probably could’ve added a static node to attach the extender lines to the main chart..

    Made an updated ( relative ) height chart. It’s pretty accurate, like 99.2% accurate maybe 99.7%. Don’t ask me where I got those specific values from.

    Put our boy Default there for measure, since he is canonically 5 ‘ 11 I went off of that.

    If you want it let me know and I’ll submit it along with maybe some other height chart related stuff. Alternatively you could send me your OC file and depending on what height you tell me they are, I can scale them to it accordingly.

    I’m open to animation practice suggestions, just try and keep it simple though.

  • Trying to sink my teeth back into Stickfigure stuff again as well as animating.

    It’s going to be difficult but I really want to see where I can go if I polish my skill up again and hope I can build the discipline and knowledge to see if it can take me anywhere.

    Currently working on making some dash effects, made a little ‘ tutorial ‘ thing for now to show the process of what I’m working with. Critiques if you have any, would be greatly appreciated, thank you all.

    My goal is to get Featured Lvl 4, Legendary Noder and then I’ll probably call it quits with submissions properly, we’ll see.

    • I would need to translate the drawn above into Stick Nodes so it would appear differently submission-wise.

      Another goal I have is to rework my style since currently while my recent character stickfigures have been good they are incomplete and very behind so simplifying things whilst maintaining quality is the aim, looking at people like InfiniteGuess and their work, it’s relatively simple and minimalistic by design but it works so well and so much work can be done if it were more streamlined.

              Maybe it could be applicable to admin status too, I came up with it in less than 5 minutes.

              Would be nice to add but it’s quite a specific badge and more would be requested, wanted to make it for shits and giggles, I do feel that more user-oriented trophies and such should be included though, more of them in particular

    • I was thinking, maybe add a different amount of gems corresponding to the badge? (2 for 2, 3 for 3, you get the gist), and maybe give the gem a redder tint to contrast the bluish silver? Idk, just throwing things out there.

        Sounds good, I was considering adding some extra gems but maybe I’ll do it earlier as soon as featured lvl 2.

        I’ve asked Ralph if he’s interested in making these official so if he says yes I can go ahead and make em’ all. For now I’ll hold off a little.

    • i like it, im not terribly creative with things like this so idk what to suggest, but generally its looking good

      i know that bronze one is supposed to be “lackluster” compared to the others, but mayhaps at least make the gem pop more, that purple gets drowned out

        I asked on my other post but just to check while you’re here, would you consider another badge revamp once some of these are done? I can make them all but if I make them and they don’t get used it’ll be sort of a waste, not massively, it’s still fun to do but at least some confirmation will give an answer to whether I should go all in or not.
