Project Landfall Series
A series involving several nations who are on the same mission to colonize an untouched continent on an unnamed planet. These nations all hold very different beliefs and have little thought on even attempting to work together. Technology is very advanced for some countries while others are not. All of these countries hold their own problems that instigate massive conflicts between each other.

I haven’t seen the complete story of him. I also still can’t work with the large chunks of neon colored armor on him cause that’s not exactly how PL is supposed to work or look. When he runs even with those lights, people will see him easier unless the lights are really bright which would also hurt him even more. But even if he’s a blur, they could easily aim their gun and spray at the blue light which of coarse doesn’t end well for him.

Before i make my fig, lemme just give u a brief story of Rogue.
Name: Keith Blade
Aliases: Rogue, Shadow Ninja, Shadow
Nation: Unknown, but theories about sightings of him say that he\’s either NCLO, or a rogue northbound.
Weapons: Dual modified sawed off shotguns, double modified deagles, double plasma bayonets, and his two weapons of choice: a very, VERY modified AWM, and a high tech plasma M16.
Age: 10 (not including cryo sleep years), 25 (including cryo years)
Story: Keith Blade had a very horrible childhood. He was constanly beaten up by bullies, always beaten up by his dad, and being shorter than average. Anyway, because of all this, he felt a very strong feeling of hatred. When he was 10, he ran away and snuck on a ship headed for the unnamed planet in PL. Anyway, after he got caught after they took off, reaching the correct altitude for cruising, he was put to cryo for 15 years straight. The ship crashed, and by that time, he was 25, and his hatred has grown. He is now a rogue, looking for an alliance.
He also is a bounty hunter.

Hahah, @scorchingscorpio that’s true. But he takes it to level 10000. He was never supported by anyone, was friendless, filled with hatred, his family was broke because his dad always gambles and drinks. By age 8 he had at least 300 bruises (healed or unhealed), and finnally, he never experienced a single feeling of positivity (may it be happines or other positive emotion). Here is the story:
During Yuri was created a mysterious glitch went in at the software inplanted in him, making him semi consious to his surroundings.

His transport, his ship was hijacked by the north bound
As they barraged the ship with EMPs
To disable all its units. And they succeed in doing soo. They started checking the cargo
When they found yuri, hiding at a corner like a scared baby. The soilders were suprised when they
Saw this and realized its potential as well to feel emotions soo yuri was sent to a northbound bootcamp where he was trained and equipped with their latest auto-aim and plasma technology.
He spent 3years at
A sharp shopring bootcamp, and a year and a half at paratrooper training. He is a high ranking elite robot that the higher ups in northbound kept
Secret in order to keep the other elites from panicking about being replaced. As
Time grew yuri became more and more intelligent and self aware that
He started questioning his supperoirs orders
That it reached a state where he started being violent and aggresive to his
Comrades. So after
Complaint and complaint went into the office. The higher ups decided to shut down yuri and just copy his subconscious data.
But yuri overheard this as he was patroling the higher ups conference room.
So yuri started packing and went rouge. Removing all
The traces that north bound had given him and set off at the wastelands. Becoming an assasin

At the northbounds number one at its watch lists and most wanted billboards. But till this day yuri
Delta is still at large at the assassination industry being its top sniper with a confirmed 600 kills

So he could get better parts. He specializes at long distance battles and has a auto guided visor and laser turret that automatically detects intruders.
His personality is a bit stuburn yet smart at the same time he sometimes takes others oppinons and rarely
Becomes attached to anyone. He works hard, and years of experience made him into what he is this day.

The thing on his for head is a sense that detects where people are with heat vision. The thing on the back of the head is to detect if someone is behind it. He has acid squirters on his legs if the knife has no effect, or for backup.

The arms are good but the head plating is really similar to what enforcer bots have, the plating on the legs is very much the same thing. The torso is okay to the degree of the top and the bottom torso is extremely similar.

Good. Now for the armor plates, I’d add some indentations like seen in the NBC helmet, maybe some plates overlapping them and so on. Head is good aside from the hair overlapping the glasses and yeah. The torso seems a little bit bland but off to a good start. You almost got this 100%.

Here is the base of Samuels NLCO uniform. He has 2 uniforms one NBC for being undercover and on NLCO for his real side he has a mask to fit with his backstory.
This is just his early stage but give me ideas for every part if you can on NLCO he is called soldier 14 because he has 14 letters in his name.
