So, i’ve done the unthinkable, i’ve made my own Base Fig character.

Now hold your horses, before you say i’m becoming a Base User or say i’m a hypocrite, let me just make these things clear. This fig is an ORIGINAL and UNIQUE base fig with many features to make him stand out rather than just making him a coloured stickman so technically he isn’t a base boi but i’d say he still counts. Also, i’m not a hypocrite, i’m simply improving… ‘ethically’ i guess. Let’s just say i can accept scarfies and the such a little better now as long as they put in genuine effort or if their fig is actually a clever design.

Aaaaaanyway, with that rant over, i can introduce you to the ominously named ‘Forsaken Knight’.

Story: This Knight once belonged to some unknown faith, i dunno, i’m being vague, and basically went on a crusade in the name of that faith with his own army. This clash resulted in the total annihilation of his own forces and injuring him too. Seeing what annihilation his faith had brought upon it’s followers, the Forsaken Knight cast it aside in favour of something much darker. He instead gave himself up to a more evil, demonic cult that which was based entirely on the destruction those ‘false faiths’. At first he only cared about this side, but slowly fell deeper and deeper into their grasp till he became something far worse than before. A hell knight, a warrior whose brutality was unmatched, their hatred weaponised to deal as harsh a blow into the flesh of those he faced. His faith had betrayed him, and for that, both it and it’s weak and foolish followers would pay the price in their blood.

Literally Everything Else: The Forsaken Knight is built with brutality in mind, his kite shield possessing spikes on one side for severe bashes and another at it’s bottom to crush those under him. The blade is serrated, allowing it to catch and damage polearms, while also letting him listen to the screams of those he shanks just a little longer as it’s jagged edge is caught on every ligament and muscle tendon. The helmet too has many brutal aesthetics like it’s curled horns and skull like face, bearing grisly teeth and black, staring eyes. The Forsaken Knight fights much slower than most base bois do though, using his traitorous past as an inspiration for his moves, using parries and counters as his main attack set. The Forsaken Knight will tend to knock the enemy off balance or get them in an awkward spot before he begins to actually attack, until then, usually waiting or trading the occasional hard blow to try and either stagger or disarm the enemy.
