Honestly, I’ve kinda been there when I used to animate. I always felt like my animations weren’t good enough and I’d also be very lazy about them, my issue stemmed from setting up too much expectations from my animations
I will say, your animations definitely are not bad and you definitely are good. These are not animations the typical sticknoder could just whip up, so definitely be proud of that. As for being demotivated/lazy, sometimes, you just need to begrudgingly push yourself through the initial steps and sometimes motivation will start to come to you
