I’m going to make a new interviews group.

The one with Kingston and Lemon was very popular and in high demand, and I was kinda upset that it shut down (mostly because I wanted an interview), so I’m going to attempt to plan one out and create one.

So basically you request an interview for either you or someone else.If it’s for someone else (or weirdly, you asking me to ask you something), a set of questions is permitted. The set of questions won’t be the only ones asked however it would be included in the interview. That’s a rough idea of how it would work. You can also include stuff on like if you want the interview to be serious or not, etc.

I will appoint admins to help with the interviews. Like on work on one, another admin works on another one, or we work on the same one, etc.

I will also appoint mods if this group gains over 7 members that would filter through requests looking for ones with cohesive, good question sets and put them on a list. They will also ask for elaboration on interview requests if something is unclear. They will make sure the group is kept clean. After a day or 3 they will hand the list in a private group for the mods and admins and the admins will start constructing the interview based on the details the request gave, questions we personally would fit, and will include the question set if one was given.
