Basically, willing users can participate in the OC Roulette by providing an image and name of their OC whilst of course either posting about it in this group or by mentioning myself.
By entering, this user can participate each week if they should choose to, to make the chosen character which is selected at random at the start of the week. The user will have a week to re-make the OC in their own way, whether it be by completely overhauling the design of the character whilst maintaining core elements of said character, or whether it just be a simple remake of their own.
If you can win that week of OC Roulette, you will be considered for future rewards.

What happened was that I think I explained that your submission wasn’t good enough quality. Your character’s appearance is a bit too simple and wouldn’t give people much to work with creatively, no offence.
