I don’t know what you’re referring to but there’s always some bad and good in any food or anything people indulge in or consume so it’s not worth worrying about. Being aware is fine but concerning yourself with my health is pointless, not to mention you’re not my doctor lol.

⚡️ Update No. 12 – Smelling Salt Edition 🧂
I had the chance to try smelling salts for the first time today, it was pretty fun. Had some deadlifts to do so completed 190kg for 5 clean good tempo reps, followed by 200kg for 2 clean reps and 1 where I kind of dragged it up a bit.
The 200kg is my PR so I had the weight elevated a little to give me an advantage, I would say another 2 – 3 weeks and I’ll be pulling 225kg as a new PR potentially.
Going to completely change my leg-day arrangement also for more function.
On an unrelated note, I’ve been job searching and in the midst of trying to get a new job. If all goes well and I get it, it should honestly be a big change-up for me giving me a good few more opportunities. Let’s hope.

Mom’s meals will always be peak, so no judgement will be passed on that front.
As for the rest of your arrangement, only you know what you eat but generally if you’re getting enough food in, slightly more than usual with more of a focus for protein, you should be good.
Sometimes just eating straight-up protein sources like a pack of minced beef that has been cooked with some herbs and spices can also suffice. Add some sauce or whatever and you’re set. I once had a 750g pack of minced beef in that quantity for the first time and because I paired it with a pack of rice, I really struggled. Following on from that, I done it again except I just had it on its own, with spices & herbs of course. I just put some garlic sauce with it and honestly it was really nice and not super filling.
For reference, 750g minced beef, at least for what I got, was 160g protein.
I also do 4 rump steaks which is like 200g protein

Better to space it out rather than bombard yourself on one meal.

Nutrients ( What you gain from the food you’re eating )For you getting enough protein in whilst not staving away from fattier alternative protein supplies would be fine. For example, 30% fat minced beef over 5% fat beef, might not be exactly the pick for beef but it’s just an example.
